Everyone in the world has thought it, at least once. To find a magical answer to all your problems, a chance to change your. But for Kyle Anderman, it's not just a fantasy anymore. With just a few weeks left to go before graduating high school he's stumbled across a real, honest to goodness, wish granting genie.

But wishes don't work exactly like how you'd expect. And when Kyle decides to take the plunge anyway, he finds himself drawn into a secret world of ancient feuds and magical battles. Because everyone wants a genie, and changing your own life can cause changes you didn't even think of. He'll have to find a way to live surviving attacks from crazed monsters and old personal enemies jealous of his good fortune, backed up only by a handful of misfit friends and the beautiful genie who granted his wishes in the first place.

And as the monsters and magical mayhem swirl around him, the one thing he can't get out of his head is: He doesn't even know what he wished for.
