Synopsis

Zeke Ashveil is a frontier scavenger with a cheap crossbow, worse luck, and a talent for surviving places the Imperium Aeterna Sancta has already written off.

When monsters tear through Dust Camp, something old in the ruined temple on the ridge *pulls* him — and his blood hits a Covenant Seal that was never meant for ditch rats. Lex Foederis answers anyway.

His class locks in as Dustbound King.

No crown. No army. No palace. Just a cracked ruin, a burning settlement, and a System that keeps calling him king while counting everything he doesn’t own yet.

To stay alive, Zeke has to do the one thing scavengers are terrible at: build. Walls from ash. Oaths from desperate people. A Domain out of dust and bad decisions. Levels come from blood and choices. Power comes with a bill.

Because every true king on Kedemoria attracts the same three problems: monsters that want meat, nobles that want the System, and empires that want the land once somebody else made it valuable.

Zeke didn’t ask to rule.

He asked for food that wasn’t beans.

The continent can negotiate.
