Most days, Jonah Morrel works from home as a software engineer for a DNA database startup, wrapping himself in the feelings-resistant armor of isolation. As Apocra executes their sacred mission to save the souls of the “fallen” with brutal tactics, internal power struggles begin to fracture their righteous machine, with every razor-sharp splinter pointed at Jonah and Alexis.
