To Shatter a Time Loop

Richard should already be dead. Twice. 

The leopard that attacked him in the strange, twisted forest should have ended him. At his death, he jumped back in time and remembered that he died on his home planet before being transported here in the middle of an apocalypse.

This new world with powers given to every member to fight against the hellish forces should have loads of information on mystical time jumps, but there's nothing. Only people grateful for the system to help them survive.    

As the apocalypse worsens, Richard realizes there are dangerous forces at play, especially ones that let a mortal like him experience powers of chronomancy. Forces he shouldn't trust. But he's not sure he has a choice.
