The Redeemed
Synopsis
A note on AI-assisted content labeling: I would rather be overly honest about the use of AI than hide it. I use Grammarly often to catch spelling and grammatical errors, and to learn suggestions for improved wording/language or clarity. As an AuDHD person, I have trouble expressing myself clearly at times, and this has helped improve my ability to understand how my writing is perceived. It's made me a better writer, and it serves as a support, not a replacement for my writing or ideas. If that's a deterrent, I respect it.
Synopsis:
Kennedy has spent years surviving in the cracks of a regime built on control — running resistance missions, keeping her little found family alive, and pretending she doesn't feel the weight of everything she's lost.
When a warehouse raid goes sideways, and she finds herself indebted to people she didn't ask for, her carefully maintained walls start to crack. Kennedy has survived this long by needing no one, but she cannot outrun herself.
As the Redeemed tighten their grip and Kennedy begins to understand the depth of her own legacy, she will need to face fears she has worked her whole life to hide.
The Redeemed is a dystopian fantasy romance about resistance, power, and what happens when the thing you've been running from refuses to be buried.
