The Hunter of Ardennes: Saving the Kingdom with a Custom Mauser
Synopsis
"I was just blowing off some steam, you know?!"
From an unstable kneeling position, she lands every single shot on targets 300 meters away. The silver-haired beauty later deified as the "Hero of the Nation" turns out to be an oblivious wild child backed by an absurdly powerful aristocratic family!
[The Story]
Late 19th century, the Kingdom of Belgium. When an incompetent commander deserts the Antwerp military garrison, Second Lieutenant Aurelia d'Ardennes—a silver-haired, crimson-eyed noblewoman—steps into the fiery hellscape. Armed with hunting instincts forged in the deep forests and a custom Mauser M1889 rifle, she completely decimates the encroaching threat with artistic precision.
She just wanted to relieve some stress. But by the next morning, the newspapers have hailed her as a legendary holy knight!
As an avalanche of praise and hilarious misunderstandings sweeps the nation, her corrupt superiors try to steal her credit. Too bad for them—the actual shadow rulers of the country (the military oligarchs, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, and the Governor) are all just "gentle uncles" who have utterly doted on Aurelia since she was a toddler!
From wiping out battlefields with godly snipes to a disastrous royal matchmaking meeting with a car-obsessed Prince, Aurelia’s oblivious military domination and mistaken-identity court comedy are about to shake the kingdom to its core!
