The Heroes of Mars

  It is forty years after the red planet was colonized by humanity and Kayla, a second generation clone working in a mining company faces an accident that reveals her special nature. She has to grip her new identity tightly in her hands and just maybe, she will help to decide whether Mars continues to be crushed beneath the thumb of Earth, or rises above the role of an exploited resource it was playing since the first human touched its red soil.

The story explores what happens when you write an ordinary superheroes/villains story, but you make it a science fiction happening in the future and it is on Mars. 

This is mainly a psychological drama involving two female characters before anything else.

Tags - I guess honorary mentions are Mystery, Comedy, Cyberpunk, Multiple Lead Characters. Not enough to warrant a tag, but kind of there if you look very close.

Non-Human Lead - Hard to explain without a spoiler. Let's say MC's humanity will never be fully compromised, white scales and stop at that. It will not happen soon.

Updates - One chapter every Saturday, I might speed up the pace after the heatwaves stop. The situation now is that ARC 3 is finished and I am switching to finish my other book.
