Bishop Victor Mizrahi has spent his life in the shadow of loss. Growing up in a Damascus orphanage, raised by a nun who taught him that faith is action and not just prayer, he is given a mission: To find miracles and show them to the public in hopes that it will restore the faith and calm the violence.

Victor's search leads him to a California assisted living facility and a young man, also an orphan, named Sammy LeFoyer. Sammy is autistic, withdrawn, and tremendously gifted. But a moment of joy turns Sammy’s life upside down and sets him on a path he neither understands nor controls.

 What happens when the dreams of God become reality, and that reality longs to be a dream? Can a man of faith and a man with autism stay sane as they uncover the very nature of existence?

Together, Victor and Sammy will embark on a quest to bring together a group of people who don’t even know that they are special, that they are true believers.
