Soulforge Legacy

The city, hell the world, is falling apart from a lack of care and resources. But hey, at least I have a job. Or not. Turns out that even in this day and age, companies would rather automate than hire more people. At least they gave me a decent chunk of change. Now if only I could find another job.

Yeah, right, like that is going to happen. Not in this economy. Not in this city. Not with my high school degree. No. I needed to do something else. Maybe I could play the new game I keep hearing about. The one that rich people are pouring money into. All so that they can get an item, influence, help, guides, anything to get an edge over their friends.

While I have never been the best at various games, I have found my little niches in each game. All I would need to do here was get in and find a spot before someone else did. Then I could try and take advantage of the rich assholes while I could.

I mean, what could go wrong?

Authors Note: Currently rewriting Book 1.5. Getting rid of the hard numbers as they just break from the story and lead to issues. Also making book 1.5 into a true book that bridges a bunch of the gap between book 1 and War for Paradox. This will take me a bit. So bear with me

Authors Note 2: As per the latest poll, I have reposted the story here. I will continue to upload chapters here until it catches up. At 2 chapters a weekday and 1 on weekends, that should be fairly quick.
