Provisional king

by Wolfpack Reign Ongoing

Synopsis

Levian is a royal bastard and orphan who, shortly after graduating from the military academy and being appointed as a captain, sees his life completely turned upside down. His father—the king, a man he never knew—dies mysteriously during a diplomatic mission, triggering a political crisis. The neighboring kingdom declares the actions of the late monarch a threat, plunging the kingdom of Fleer into war.

Unexpectedly, Levian is named provisional king despite his illegitimate birth, tasked with ruling until his younger half-brother comes of age to inherit the throne. Surrounded by enemies who see him as an obstacle to their ambitions, and with war knocking at the kingdom’s gates, Levian must rise against all odds to fight for the survival of a crumbling realm.

I will update two chapters per week, sometimes three.
