Synopsis
Bullied and neglected twins finally leave the only home they have ever known, an orphanage, to embark on a new challenge. Mandatory conscription in a military academy was instituted after the Walker War abruptly ended. Pause? Hiatus? Noone knew. The remaining enemy forces simply quit fighting one day. Now, the humans who were almost eradicated must get stronger in case the enemy returns to finish what they started. This is a story about overcoming the trauma of the past and embracing the strength healing can bring. Their quest for self discovery leads them right into the last place they want to go.
There are daily updates to the story which is meant to be a trilogy.
Ages 16 and up please as the trauma described is SA. Though the details are not very specific, it my trigger some readers.
