In a world where a being's power is determined by Mekou—a mysterious energy linked to each individual's origin and potential—strength often defines a person's status.

Saoki Itoshi, a 17-year-old mage, possesses a power that exceeds all known limits. Yet, he refuses to be seen as a savior or a symbol of fear.

Fearing how humans would react to his true strength, he chooses to live in the shadows and conceal his power.

However, his destiny changes with the arrival of Llyord Akira, Elisabeth Goldy, and their companions.

Alongside them, Saoki gradually uncovers the secrets of this world, as well as the hidden truth behind his own existence.

For as long as he can remember, his mother has tried to protect his secret from a group of seven sovereigns who control part of the world from the shadows.

If these individuals ever discover Saoki's true power and manage to control him, the consequences could be catastrophic.

A Divided Universe

This universe is split into two major zones where several races coexist:

The First Zone

Belongs to beings created by the Original God—the Gods, the Oniga, and the Trusta—entities close to divine creation.

The Second Zone

Gathers the peoples who built their own civilizations:

Humans, Demons, Angels, Seraphim, Titans, Orcs, Dragons, and Goblins.

Behind the wars and racial differences lies a darker truth:

A world where the most powerful impose their will on the weak, where certain peoples are silenced, and where the sovereigns use their power to control and crush the defenseless.

A New Purpose

After discovering the injustice reigning in his world and other dimensions, Saoki decides to change his goal.

He will no longer seek only to hide his power.

He will become the protector of those no one else wants to defend:

The oppressed.

The abandoned.

Those who suffer under the rule of the sovereigns.

But to bring freedom, Saoki will have to face enemies that transcend the borders of worlds...
