A Mage's Crusade

In an age where superpowers have emerged within the population of Earth, the era of Superheroes and Supervillains erupted in full. In a world where Power, Money, and Status mean everything, what could a poor, failure of a mage working part-time at a cemetery like Cain Cole do? 

With a poorly spoken wish to the universe, Cain's world flips on itself... literally. After passing out at the foot of a freshly buried grave and waking up in a field of corpses and nearly killed less than fifteen minutes later, Cain realizes quite quickly that he isn't in Hadwell anymore. 

To make matters worse, he learns that he was not as human as he believed, and that his father had not died like he was told, but abandoned him.

With creatures stripped straight out of every fantasy book and mythology book imaginable out to get him, Cain must carve his way through both Earth and Wisteria with the goal of finding his father and making him cough up the years of child support he'd missed out on paying him.
