The Shift: City Within the Forest

 In the early 20th century, an extraterrestrial organism appeared in British Columbia, near the city of Ravenrich, Canada. Over time, it expanded into a vast biological network known as the Forest, which surrounds the city and reshapes its environment.

 The Forest influences physical fields through neural-like processes, allowing localized manipulation of matter and energy. It also distorts space, enabling the arrival of alien organisms from distant worlds. As a result, Ravenrich became isolated from the outside world, but developed rapidly through access to alien materials and ecosystems, forming a technologically advanced and unconventional society.

 Within this city, even death has been altered, and unknown forms of life have become part of everyday existence.

 One day, a young girl inexplicably finds herself in a city of identical houses. She does not know how she arrived, only that her arrival appears to have been planned.
