This story centers around Josephine Yagony—or Joseph for short. Born into a broken family in New York, he endured relentless abuse at the hands of his father. Traumatized and driven by intense resentment, he channeled his rage into self-improvement, eventually hardening himself and joining the U.S. Military.

Deployed to Afghanistan, Joseph found comradeship, only to lose it in an instant. The extreme horrors of war pushed him beyond the brink of sanity, leading to an honorable discharge due to mental instability and a return to the U.S. for psychiatric treatment.

After his release, he joined the anti-war movement, where he met and fell in love with Yelevna Kubiron. Their romance blossomed into a beautiful marriage and a warm, loving home. Soon, they were blessed with a precious baby girl named Julia Yagony. For the first time in their lives, all three experienced a profound happiness they had never known before.

However, that peace was short-lived. A group of mysterious, heavily armed men equipped with professional-grade gear—far too disciplined to be mere street thugs—opened fire on Joseph’s family in cold blood. Joseph barely survived with severe injuries, but his wife and daughter perished agonizingly.
