Silver Wounds Never Heal
Synopsis
Severe Grey can hear a lie in the rhythm of a heart. He can smell fear through a locked door. On the night the full moon first tears his body apart, neither gift helps him save his family.
Hunted from the ruins of his childhood, Severe survives by becoming the creature everyone already believes him to be. Silver leaves wounds that never close. Every kill feeds the hunger living behind his thoughts. Every hard-won scrap of strength costs him something human, and the moon never allows him to forget who owns his blood.
Across a century of winters, he follows the names written in a hunter's red ledger. He breaks their prisons, destroys their blood-soaked order, and climbs toward the power of a True Alpha—alone, because anyone close enough to love is close enough to die.
Then, at the height of his strength, he finds Elaine alive.
She is the girl he mourned for a hundred years, the woman who has spent those same years searching for him, and the one person his curse will never permit him to hold safely. For Severe, love does not tame the beast.
Love opens its cage.
