Portland Wolves: Before the Ice
Synopsis
Before the Portland Wolves became the kind of room that could hold the truth, the men who would change that room were each carrying private histories onto the same sheet of ice.
Jace Cole and Milo Reyes learned early that attention could feel like combat. Marco Vasquez and Theo Dumont built adulthood out of performance, order, and the fear of wanting the wrong thing. Chen Wei and Nikolai Petrov folded whole private lives under professionalism and tried to call that survival. Eli Mercer, Rory Keegan, Owen Park, and Kai Navarro arrived with different versions of the same hunger: to belong somewhere long enough to stop bracing.
This character prologue opens the Portland Wolves world before the season fully begins, tracing the histories and private rules each man brings into the room.
