Synopsis
At an Uchiha clan meeting, the radical faction and the conservative faction were locked in endless argument, while the moderate Fugaku Uchiha stood between them, trying to smooth things over.
At that moment, Jin Uchiha strode into the hall and declared loudly,
“A clan divided into three factions... Is this not a betrayal of our ancestors?”
“From today onward, the Uchiha clan needs only one voice.”
“And that voice will be mine.”
“I have said my piece... Who agrees? Who objects?”

On the night of the Nine-Tails’ attack, Danzo led the Root shinobi to surround the Uchiha compound.
A Root shinobi shouted,
“By order of the Hokage, the Uchiha clan is to remain within the compound tonight and is forbidden from leaving!”
Jin Uchiha stepped through the crowd and sneered.
“The order you are following...”
