Synopsis

A Life Worth Writing

Aaron is nineteen years old.

He just got into a prestigious university.

His goals are simple.

Get perfect grades.

Find a girlfriend.

Become someone everyone remembers.

Easy.

...Or at least that's what he thinks.

Because on the day before college begins, Aaron starts hearing a voice.

Not a ghost.

Not his conscience.

Not a hallucination.

A Narrator.

A very sarcastic narrator who has apparently been narrating his life since the day he was born.

According to her, Aaron isn't just living his life.

He's living inside a story.

And somewhere beyond the pages sits the one person responsible for everything.

Big Boss.

The Author.

Now Aaron has a new objective.

If he's destined to be a fictional protagonist, then he'll become the greatest protagonist ever written.

There's just one small problem.

Being the main character doesn't mean life gets easier.

Big Boss refuses to give him perfect grades.

His love life still depends entirely on him.

His rival won't even acknowledge the rivalry.

And the Narrator, who only Aaron can hear, seems to enjoy roasting him far more than helping him.

As college life unfolds, Aaron chases impossible dreams, survives embarrassing disasters, makes unforgettable friends, falls in love, argues with the voice narrating his existence, and slowly begins to ask a terrifying question...

What happens to a character when the story ends?

A heartfelt coming-of-age comedy filled with chaos, romance, fourth-wall-breaking humor, and the strange bond between a boy determined to become unforgettable... and the only person who has been watching him from the very first page.
