Synopsis

Romantic comedy? Those days are long gone.

Sora Kazami finally achieved the impossible: he got himself a loving girlfriend despite having the emotional density of solid lead. But the moment he found happiness, life looked him straight in the eye and said, "F*ck you. This wasn't part of the canon."

Out of nowhere, Sora awakens the power to manipulate diseases and is thrown into worlds ravaged by mysterious plagues, doomed to save them from extinction.

After every mission, he returns to his original world with his mind a little more fractured than before.
