The Dragon Queen of Thelvadore

Being Isekai’d, or reincarnated or whatever, is probably a dream for a lot of people. Most just dream of exploring a world not their own, far away from the troubles they have in their day to day lives. I, too, dreamed of that before.

So it came to me as a bit of a shock when I one day woke up in a body not my own. Stranger still, it wasn’t some alien world that I hadn’t ever seen before, or the world of a game I played. Instead, I found myself in a world I had created myself, belonging to a story that had long since felt cursed with my inability to actually properly tell it.

You’d think that that would be a dream come true. And perhaps it would be, if the circumstances were different. As it stands, the character whose body I now inhabit was not one that was generally liked by most people, seen as a genocidal maniac who attempted to conquer the world for her own benefit.

Worse still, the story didn’t play out the way I had known it, which meant finding myself in a kingdom now destroyed with all the people the MC–which now meant me–was responsible for either dead or missing.

To top it all off, I can’t recall anything from my previous life, apart from my creative endeavours, and the person responsible for putting me here has far too much fun watching me struggle to actually give me any useful answers.

I guess I can’t rely on anyone but myself. First order of business, figure out what the hell happened for everything to go wrong. Secondly, find a way to survive in a world of might and magic before I get crushed by forces I barely understand. And lastly, if I can swing it, maybe rebuild the kingdom that was lost due to my botched telling of the story.

I could really use a coffee.

What to expect:
 - Very strong dragon FMC who struggles with her own identity and has the bad habit of going on random tangents
 - Lots of lore and magic to explore
 - An MC with a lot of meta knowledge about the story that’s more liable to hurt than it is to help
 - An Isekai that might not be what it seems at first glance
 - Very light GameLit elements in the form of another character, but no levelling and (nearly) no System windows.
