Synopsis
Synopsis – The Hollow Detective
Seattle homicide detective Corvin Ashe wakes in a rain-soaked alley with blood on his hands, four days of missing memories, and a voice inside his mind claiming that his body has become the vessel of an ancient entity. Worse still, the corpse lying behind him wears his face.
Hunted by the police, secret investigators, and forces that exist beyond human understanding, Corvin discovers that reality is far stranger than he ever imagined. During the mysterious Hollow Hour, the boundary between the waking world and a hidden realm called the Convergence begins to collapse, allowing forgotten gods, eldritch entities, and impossible mysteries to seep into reality.
As Corvin investigates a series of ritualistic murders involving stolen hearts, he uncovers a terrifying truth: his missing memories, his wife's murder, and his own impossible resurrection are all connected to an ancient bargain made in the Resonance House, where souls are auctioned to fragments of shattered gods.
Every mystery he solves grants him greater supernatural abilities—but each answer demands a terrible price. Memories disappear. Humanity slips away. The entity inside him grows stronger. And somewhere in the shadows, a killer known only as the Collector of Hearts is preparing a ritual that will tear open the Convergence and unleash something far older than humanity itself.
Caught between detective and monster, reason and madness, Corvin must decide whether to cling to his fading humanity or embrace the darkness needed to stop an apocalypse that most of the world cannot even perceive.
Because in the Convergence, every mystery has an answer—and every answer demands a sacrifice.
