Synopsis
In the rat-folk dominated continent of Harajou, a young bright-eyed human boy - Hideo - dreams of joining the Emperor's Royal Army. Despite a world that sees him as a burden, and despite the battered commoner's blade in his hand; Hideo starts a journey that challenges the expectations engraved upon him.
As he ventures through this world for a place where he belongs, he struggles with identity, purpose, and what it truly means to protect others in a world determined to rip itself in twine.
IYANAGIBA blends the hopeful coming-of-age spirit of classic Shounen series like Black Clover and My Hero Academia with the harsh worldbuilding and atmosphere of grimdark fantasy inspired by Elden Ring and Warhammer: Age of Sigmar.
