Hybridization

Kurt was unsure how his existence came to be. Other paranormal beings were not sure how it was possible either. The various government organizations didn’t even know about his condition other than he was a half elf.

So it was that Kurt was feared by the average person, hated by most other paranormal beings and generally lonely. It was also a lifestyle that he chose, having few friends and moving to a place with even fewer neighbors. Separating himself from most of the world, he prepared for a quiet life that hopefully wouldn’t end in violence.

That quiet life, with only mild government interference, would change when he gets an unexpected interview that showed he was also being looked at by more enigmatic organizations. He had only just signed the contract when the first of many surprises would be laid upon him in the form of a partner.

Follow along as Kurt deals with the intricacies of a multi-realm company, local cults, competing organizations and a work-life balance that has him really getting to know his partner. All while he tries to figure out his own hybrid bloodlines which shouldn’t have been possible in the first place.

What to expect as of Chapter 160:

The introductory setting is a parallel to current Earth and additional world building will happen gradually as the characters encounter those things.

NSFW chapters are ~ 5-10% of chapters and those chapters have (R-18) in the title. Those chapters typically have no important plot in them and can be skipped.

The relationship between the main characters and others is a POLYCULE NOT HAREM. Not every girl in the story will be a part of the relationship or even interested in the MC. The other members of the polycule will have feelings and relations with each other beyond their interactions with MC.

    There will be Yuri (Girls Love/lesbianism) between the female members of the relationship. There is not a descriptive F/F scene but there are M/F/F scenes later in the story.

    Other characters, outside the MC’s relationship, will have other relations that may be unconventional, homosexual, heterosexual, asexual and any number of other orientations. Those relationships will be referenced but so far not explicitly described.

There will be a mix of slice-of-life, action and romance. The MC has other pursuits and obligations besides fighting. Occasional POV shifts are common and should be easily seen. Chapters with heavy POV shifts will be noted in the title.
