Akin was the lead programmer. Femi, the creative visionary. Together, the brothers forged Blades of North and East, an open-world game where Vikings clash with Samurai in bloody, magical warfare.

It became a worldwide hit. But it also destroyed them. Tensions grew until one violent confrontation left both brothers dead, each by the other’s hand.

Now reincarnated in a realm that eerily mirrors the game they created, Akin and Femi find themselves brothers once more. Akin longs to return to the family he left behind, while Femi takes it upon himself to keep the world on course for the game’s best ending, even if that means opposing his brother.

Armed with knowledge no one else possesses, the brothers set their plans in motion. Meanwhile, Shinigami and Norse gods watch them with growing interest, for even the architects of reality can fall.
