Kairon is a system clerk that finally gets his own city charter. So he does what any good bureaucrat would. He reads the entire Terms of Service, identifies a loophole, and exploits it.

Unfortunately doing so ended up calling down a pillar of hellfire that roasts him, all his villagers, and everything else within a league alive.
