All Roads Lead to the Plateau

Something is afoot in Kanto. A dramatic rise in criminal activity, an assault on one of Kanto’s ancient clans, and building tensions with Johto. But summer rolls on, the season where sixteen-year olds across the nation start their Journey. Most will earn a Badge or two and move on. Some will stick with it for another year and win enough to make a living for their teams. A rare few will make it to the Plateau. 

Four of them are starting today.

Valerie “Val” Vantine and her Eevee have two goals: become famous and bring the style and finesse of Coordinators to the League. Her stream only has a small following for now, but her Journey and career are just getting started.

Bram's Journey starts a year early and with more loss than he could've imagined only a day ago. Traitors have betrayed his clan and the world was told a lie. Grief is a luxury he can't afford. With Meditite beside him, he'll set it aside, and find the true perpetrators no matter what he has to do.

There are friendly people, there are nice people, and there is Jane Joy. She doesn’t know much about Training or battling but she’s going to learn! With Comy the Comfey on her head and Izy the Igglybuff in her arms, there isn't a person, place, or Pokémon she isn't ready to meet.

Most Trainers see Elias’s Zigzagoon, Bandit, and think they’ll earn easy money. Elias is happy to win by just enough that the battles and money keep coming his way. He has a reason to climb and he won’t shy away from every trick in the book, plus a few he wrote himself.
