Synopsis

Awakened with the memories of another person, Julie learns that she is a synthetic being, created to serve as an assistant for Dr. Zoltan, a biotechnician.

Julie finds some initial consolation in the idea that she is a quality synth, only to learn over time that false advertisements exist in any business, including bioengineering.

At least Dr. Zoltan appears nice enough, and Julie doesn't mind the laboratory work, but the world poses quite some challenges for a newly made synth, even for one who got a head start with thirty years of pre-instilled experience of life.
