Veilbound
Synopsis
Danica Inoy thought her parents were crazy.
Most kids didn't grow up learning how to snare rabbits, identify edible plants, build shelters, or navigate miles of forest without a map. Most parents didn't spend weekends treating family camping trips like rehearsals for the collapse of civilization.
She spent years rolling her eyes.
Then the world ended.
Now Earth has been forcibly integrated into a multiversal System that doesn't care about governments, careers, or social media followers. Everyone gets a dungeon. Half of them won't survive it. The only advantage Danica has is a childhood she spent trying to forget.
Unfortunately, surviving the tutorial is only the beginning.
The System has rules. Gods have agendas. Bureaucratic demons run technical support. And somewhere out there are the people she refuses to leave behind.
Good thing paranoia turned out to be a transferable skill.
Veilbound is a character-driven LitRPG with meaningful progression, dry humor, dangerous dungeons, and a protagonist who solves problems with equal parts engineering, stubbornness, and sarcasm.
