For thousands of years, the world of Aethros has believed in one absolute truth.

Every person awakens to one of the Nine Paths, the sacred powers that govern all existence. From birth, a person's future is decided by the Path they receive. Kingdoms are built upon it. Religions worship it. Wars are fought because of it.

There has never been a Tenth Path.

Or so history claims.

When a young man named Aren awakens to an ability that no one can identify, he is branded as a failure. His power doesn't belong to any of the Nine Paths, making him an anomaly feared by scholars and condemned by the powerful.

But as Aren searches for answers, he uncovers fragments of a forgotten age buried beneath the world's history. Ancient ruins, impossible artifacts, and forbidden records all point toward the same shocking truth.

Long before the modern world existed, an advanced civilization mastered a power known as the Original Path. To protect humanity from a catastrophe beyond imagination, they erased themselves from history, splitting their knowledge into the Nine Paths and leaving behind only scattered clues for someone worthy enough to discover the truth.

Aren is the first person in thousands of years to awaken what should no longer exist.

As kingdoms, ancient organizations, and hidden enemies race to seize or destroy this impossible power, Aren must uncover the legacy of the First Civilization before history repeats itself. Every answer he finds reveals an even greater mystery, and every step forward brings him closer to a truth that could reshape the world forever.
