The Reborn King Must Survive

He was a King that led his armies into battle, ruling the throne with peerless swordsmanship and a terrifying intellect. Armies crumbled beneath him. Kingdom's trembled at the thought of his name, his swordsmanship known to every soldier in the world.

When the time came, he realized that being a King shouldn't have been his life goal. His family perished, his friends disappeared. A throne could be claimed, but it never came without a life of regrets.

Trekking into the forest to meet his death, his consciousness flows into an abyss of darkness where nothing but his soul existed, until an ethereal voice spoke to him.

Kingdoms were built, Clans rose to glory, only to have it all crumble. The weak were slaughtered while only the strong had the right to live. Born in the Beastlands, the once mighty king has nothing. Only his swordsmanship and intellect remaining to protect not only himself, but the family he vowed to cherish, all the while set on rebuilding his throne. 

But this time, without the despair and regret that lingered from his past life.
