The False Ark

Humanity was sold a miracle and what they got was a harvest.

After the final bells of exams rang, Kai thought his life was finally beginning and entering a new phase. But, even if his life entered a new phase, it was a dark phase that made the world descend into madness. An angelic entity was summoned for trial of humanity and humanity was sold the miracle of saving themselves from this trial by going beyond a place called Necrosia as told by the government which undertook the world. Billions rushed to the frozen south including Kai even though he knew something was wrong with the presence of their leaders in the summoning site of the entity.

Instead of saving, they got taken to a place known as the Arks. It wasn't a place where people for safety but rather they were refineries where people were farmed off their life force for the salvation of the powerful wielders of an unknown power called "Aether".

Kai must do something about it even if his life gets destroyed and he has to start again.
