Sweetpea vs 40K

My Fallout 4 OC falling into the Warhammer 40K universe via the scenic route. 

Warhammer 40K is a fascinating setting where even people who are Overpowered in most contexts... Aren't in this one.

So armed with Fallout 4's developer console and console commands, all of Fallout 4's endgame content and abilities, and then some, how well can Sweetpea survive in the Imperium of Man fourty thousand years in the future?

OP protag becomes underpowered in OP setting. 

Primer: if you don't know the lore of either of these settings, this probably isn't for you. I'll do my best to explain Warhammer stuff, but it won't be my priorirt. I'll just state now that it's better to be at least passingly familiar it WH40K first. (The various factions, threats, major events, and lingo)

Being aware of Fallout lore in general only helps understand the prologue, so ironically, despite this being about a Fallout character, Fallout knowledge is less important.
