Olive is an 800-year-old elf. Of course she's seen friends age and pass on. But this one hits different. This one was her mentor and the closest she's ever had to family.

Unsure of how to deal with all these new and very much unwanted emotions, Olive returns to the village she grew up in. She's not sure what she hopes to find there, but she knows what she does find is not it.

The village in ruins? Talking animals that won't leave her alone? And worse yet, the world system has locked all of her magical abilities? How's she supposed to get anything done? Could this get any worse?? Wait! Don't answer that. She doesn't want to know.

All she wants to know is, can she really make this village a home again?
