Debra Mary Sue was raised to believe that if you lived a righteous life, followed God's word, and shot enough demons with enough enthusiasm, heaven was practically guaranteed. Then she died.

Turns out there was a problem.

Sent back to Earth with no explanation, no wounds, and a very awkward conversation waiting for her, Debra is given one final chance to finish the mission she failed. The target? Judas—a half-angel responsible for her brother's murder, countless atrocities, and currently searching for the legendary Crown so he can remake the world in the image of his mother.

Simple.

Well... it would be, if she stopped dying.

Now she's forced into a journey across New Eden and Hell's Gate alongside a gun-wielding church girl with anger issues (that's her), a very angry atheist who would rather punch a pastor than attend a sermon, a very shy healer with daddy issues, and a they/them shapeshifter with enough emotional baggage to sink a continent.

Oh, and they'll also have to stop humanity's greatest abomination before he remakes the world.

Together they'll fight monsters, miracles, cults, angels, demons, terrorists, questionable science, and a disturbing number of things that refuse to stay dead.

Unfortunately, Debra seems to have joined that last category.
