Morovytsia

Yaroslav is a twenty-five-year-old cybersecurity specialist whose life runs on logic, algorithms, and predictable systems. But when reality suddenly shatters at midnight, he awakens in a world where ancient Slavic gods still rule, spirits walk beside mortals, and every road hides a supernatural bargain.

Lost far from home, Yaroslav joins an unlikely group of companions: a forest maiden bound to the wilds, a haunted werewolf seeking redemption, and a mysterious Midnight Spirit who serves powers older than memory itself.

Their journey takes a dangerous turn when they are forced into a contract with Morovytsia — the ancient Lady of Pestilence, Death, and Harvested Souls. In exchange for a path home, Yaroslav must escort the enigmatic goddess across the lands of Rus', from the mighty city of Kyiv to the distant borders of Bakota.

But gods do not make simple bargains.

As ancient rivalries awaken and dark powers begin to move, Yaroslav discovers that he may be far more important to this world than he ever imagined. And the closer he grows to the people who travel beside him, the harder it becomes to choose between the life he left behind and the one waiting beyond the veil.
