Synopsis

Assimilation or destruction. In the world of Pelemont, there is no third option.

When a flash of light tears Daniel, Robert, and Katrina from their world, they aren’t met with a system or a grand quest. Instead, they find themselves in a land where humans are the ultimate outsiders– heralds of either salvation or ruin to the indigenous Dae.

Daniel, a former Marine, must use every survival skill he possesses to lead two younger unprepared companions through a world of ancient spirits and rival clans. To survive, they must master the Dunamis– a mysterious power they barely understand, before the politics and violence of a dying world consumes them. This isn’t just another story about getting home; it’s about whether these humans can earn their place in a world that never asked for them, but desperately needs them.

Book 3 is out and well underway.

Three humans. One alien world. No easy answers!

What to expect:

- Hard World-Building: A grounded, Greek/Norse/Medieval-inspired setting with an original magic system (the Dunamis).

- Character Growth: A realistic ensemble cast, featuring a competent veteran and two newcomers who all must adapt or die.

- Weak to Strong Development: Follow each character on every step of their journey to survive and achieve greater heights of power.

- Nuanced Conflict: No “dark lords” here! Only rival clans, shifting politics, and numerous threats, each with complex and earned motivations.

- Slow-Burn Progression: Personal and group power scaling that feels earned through struggle, not gifted by a system.

- Romance is a subplot: There is tasteful romance; it is not a major part of the story, but present.
