Synopsis

Half-human. Half-superhero. Good at neither, and the world's greatest chance of surviving what's coming.

It's been ten years since Zeus died saving the world and killed the Golden Age of Capes with him, but a decade without her father has only opened the door for old evils to crawl back into New Olympus. Superheroes are illegal. The Golden Age is a memory. But that doesn't mean Rylee's going to be anything else except what she was born to be.

A superhero who deserves the name Olympia.

And a hero who's going to jumpstart a totally new Golden Age.

All she's got to do is survive a year that doesn't want her to see the end of it.

More villains are crawling out of the dark. More humans are Awakening powers they don't know how to use and making her life more difficult. And the city Rylee loves is slowly eating itself alive. She's got a torn up costume, a dead father's legacy, and a girl across the river she's been trying not to think about but can't help herself, and none of that is going to make any of this easier.

Killing Olympia is a long one. It's got superheroes and supervillains and fights that'll leave marks, but more than anything, it's about just how much someone can take before they either give up, or get better at being what they want so badly to be. Nobody said being a superhero is easy.

Rylee's going to learn that the really hard way.

If you like Invincible, the wit of Spider-Man, and stories that earn their gut-punches, then hopefully you'll stick around.

Content warning: it's going to hurt sometimes.

That's kind of the point.
