Synopsis

Ethan carries a Gift he barely understands and can’t control. When foreign assassins slip across Esterria’s borders, he is dragged along with the Watcher James to put an end to the threat and avert a war. Through his journey, he discovers that the danger on the road is tangled with older powers, hidden motives, and whispers of something stirring beyond the known Gifts.

As secrets rise to the surface and assassins move south, Ethan must confront the possibility that the greatest threat isn’t on the road ahead, but within the Gift he carries.

Please note- This is classic fantasy, and while I’m a big fan of LitRPG, there are no elements of that within this story.

Also, I tagged the graphic violence, though scenes are mild. But swords, blood, you know. Didn't want to misrepresent.
