Synopsis

When Gu Zhiwei disappeared, the product manager had just flipped the deck to slide twenty-seven.

Twenty people, scraped off four continents into one white room. The terms are simple: clear the worlds you're sent to and you go home. Fail, and you don't die, you were never born. Your desk belongs to someone else. Your mother never had a daughter.

She's issued a status panel only she can see, and one skill listed as [HIDDEN]: Retrocognition. One glimpse of someone who already stood where she's standing, and use it as the weapon to solve the quest.

Then the room drops her into a forest that hasn't invented iron yet, and starts counting.

The cruel part is what happens between worlds. Zhiwei wakes up in the same meeting, the same apartment, the same silence from parents who have never once asked how she's doing, while something hangs over the city that only players can see, and a forum appears on her panel where survivors from Lagos to São Paulo trade rules, screenshots, and warnings in different languages.

Someone starts a thread listing the usernames that stopped posting.

It's getting longer.

Multiple worlds. A tribal forest, an imperial court searching for the prophesied calamity that threatens the throne, a magic academy built on a thousand years of libel, an apocalyptic world ravaged by a plague, and much more. Zhiwei intends to survive all of them, get strong enough to matter, and answer the only question that actually frightens her:

Who is loading this game? And why did they pick her?

What to expect:
- A world-hopping progression story where every world runs on its own hard, learnable ruleset: magic system, court politics, viral biology, cultivation, rule-based horror. Zhiwei wins by out-thinking and out-leveling them
- Real-world interludes between arcs: a global player forum, national governments noticing, death lists, and strangers building an underground community across time zones
- A panel that tracks measurable growth, and hidden unlockable skills
- A found-family squad, including a veteran who lost his squad and a coward who becomes someone he never believed he could be
