A World That Learns You
Synopsis
At 03:17 UTC, every screen in Jonah Vey’s home goes black—and the next moment he wakes beneath a white sky with no supplies, no answers, and no sign of his sister.
The people around him have been dropped into a lethal training ground where survival is measured in actions. Run the same way often enough and the world learns your rhythm. Repeat a tactic and the creatures begin to counter it. Every useful choice can become a Skill, but every new Skill competes for the time, attention, and resources needed to master it.
Jonah has always been good at starting things and terrible at staying with one path. In the Grey Basin, that weakness keeps him alive—until the System starts turning his scattered instincts into a pattern of its own.
With a medic who refuses false hope, an engineer who trusts failure, a wounded fighter, a teacher without a recognized class, and a negotiator who never hides the price, Jonah must cross shifting Domains while rival survivors turn knowledge into power. The predators are learning. The camps are sorting people by usefulness. And the search for Maya gives Jonah one objective he cannot afford to abandon.
To survive the first Domain, Jonah will have to choose three imperfect methods, build a Path that was never designed for him, and decide what he is willing to lose when the world offers to make him coherent.
• Survival-focused LitRPG progression
• Adaptive skills and consequence-based advancement
• Deadly creatures that learn from repeated tactics
• Ensemble teamwork, rival camps, and hard choices
Begin Jonah’s first step into the Worldveil.
