In the year 2657, reality fractured.

Massive rifts tore open the sky, bleeding Aether into the atmosphere—mutating wildlife, warping the laws of physics, and giving birth to endless, monster-spawning Dungeons. To survive, humanity retreated behind colossal, dome-shielded cities known as Sanctuaries, where reality remained stable and Aether technology flourished.

Through Awakening Stones, people interface with the Aether to obtain their own System and the power to fight back. But space beneath the shields is limited, and power decides who stays. The weak, the unawakened, and the unwanted are abandoned beyond the walls, left to fight over scraps in the lawless wastelands.

Jax is one of them—a scavenger from the Hovel, surviving day to day by digging through the rusting remains of a fallen civilization.

Then, a chance encounter awakens his System...
