ANOMALY: LEO BROWN

A late-night delivery takes twenty-five-year-old courier Leo Brown through an apartment door—and into Meridian, a quarantined city where rain falls upward, trains cross missing tracks, and the distance between two rooms can change while no one is looking.

Every anomaly obeys its own rules. Understanding them can mean survival. Breaking them can make something far worse.
