The Celestial Crown
Synopsis
Ten years ago, House Vermellion fell.
Before an entire world, Governor Alastar Vermellion and his family were executed for treason, their bloodline condemned by the Celestial Crown. The Imperiality believed it had extinguished the last ember of rebellion.
It was wrong.
Hidden beneath a stolen identity, Yulivar Vermellion returns to Atalantia with one purpose: infiltrate the Imperial Military Academy, rise through the ranks of the society that murdered his family, and destroy the Imperiality from within. Every friendship is another lie. Every success draws him closer to becoming the very thing he hates.
Far beyond Atalantia, in the outskirts of human reach, Jackal 'Jack' Novaris, a former battle-hardened special operations soldier, now contractor for the Lunadol Corporation, is dispatched on a mission that uncovers something far older and more terrifying than war. As forgotten horrors awaken in the darkness between the stars, Jackal finds himself caught in a conflict that threatens not only the Imperiality—but humanity itself.
Meanwhile, Aeryna Yarish, the brilliant daughter of one of the Imperiality's most influential noble houses, has spent her life believing in the order the Celestial Crown created. But as political conspiracies spread through the Imperial Court and long-buried secrets come to light, she begins to question everything she has ever sworn to protect.
Three lives.
Three paths.
One Empire built upon secrets.
As rebellion stirs, ancient powers awaken, and loyalties are tested, Yulivar, Jackal, and Aeryna will each be forced to decide what they are willing to sacrifice—for justice, for duty, and for the future of humanity.
Note: While this is a multi-POV story, Yulivar Vermellion is the central protagonist, and his journey forms the backbone of the series.
