Project P.A.R.A.D.I.S.E. Vol. 1: The Boss

My first attempt at writing. Honestly? Even I’m not entirely sure what this book is about, so here is the gist: What happens when a nuclear physicist gets thrust into an isekai world?

I was tired of the lack of realistic isekais, so for the hell of it, I decided to build my own. This story draws inspiration from the Hunter x Hunter (specifically the Dark Continent arc) and the atmospheric horror of Made in Abyss. It’s a cocktail of hard science, medieval madness, dark humor, and characters desperately trying (and often failing) to pass as normal human beings.

Author’s Notes: This book is more like a collection of stories that might seem disconnected at first. Maybe, a few hundred chapters down the line, everything will converge into something meaningful... who knows?

Grammatical perfection isn't my forte, and articulating my thoughts is an art form I’m still struggling to master. Read at your own risk—I’ve warned you. I’m just writing what interests me. If you’re into that, stick around.

Important: This volume is just the introduction to the cycle. The total scope of this universe (already mapped out) is ~15 million characters, with the planned cycle reaching roughly 45–70 million characters.
