In Mist’s Corner, the world beyond the mist has long since perished. Humans huddle in a few sheltered cities, relying on the “Clear Abyss Society” to fend off the Riftwalkers crawling out of the mist.
Eighteen-year-old Kyle Evans is the kind of high school student who blends right in, but only he knows that he is the Abyss Creature—the world’s greatest threat right now.
Living under the same roof, his younger sister Emily has been reborn with memories of her past life. She remembers the catastrophe—how her brother was killed by an Abyss Creature.
In this life, she has only two goals: to protect her brother and to kill that monster with her own hands.
