The Vostok Collection
Synopsis
On April 12th 1961 Yuri Gagarin climbed into the iron body of the Vostok 1, determined to perform the first ever manned spaceflight. He steadied his shaking hands, buckled the heavy metal latch of his seat and rocketed off towards space. He achieved his dream, then he noticed the man sitting next to him.
A cosmic god ripped him from his iron shell. Then it stretched him out like dough, before wrapping the sun in his skin, and sending the Vostok crashing down to Earth. The Vostok, now touched by a god, sprouts impossible environments wherever it lands, bringing apocalypse to the newly cold dark Earth.
As massive primordial mountains burst out from the ground and Soviet armies swarm a now desecrated planet, children born with mysterious abilities begin to appear all searching for a hidden throne.
And Yuri remains, flailing wildly across the surface of the sun.
