Inside
Synopsis
Inside
Every person who walks through these doors is the main character of their own story. This series just stays long enough to watch.
Set entirely within a single vast tower—a hotel, conference centre, spa, gym, offices, and a hundred other spaces—Inside is an anthology where each episode is a self-contained story in a different room, during a single hour. No recurring protagonist. No cliffhangers. The building is the only constant.
A boardroom blackout becomes an opportunity for corporate espionage. A death metal band in corpse paint checks in and turns out to be the politest guests the hotel has ever had. A six-year-old follows the Easter Bunny through the building while her mother frantically searches—the child is on a magical quest, the mother is living a nightmare, and both are true at the same time. A shopping trolley rolls loose in an underground car park and triggers a Rube Goldberg chain of minor disasters. Two honeymoon couples are accidentally given each other's rooms and end up making friends. A man checks in carrying only a small suitcase and a letter he plans to leave behind—and the building, without knowing it, gives him reasons to choose one more day.
The series moves fluidly between comedy, thriller, romance, family drama, and quiet meditation. A small ensemble of recurring staff—the concierge, the cleaner, the systems engineer, the security chief—appear in the background, quietly holding the place together. Spotting them is a reward, not a requirement.
If you've ever walked through a hotel lobby and wondered what was happening in the rooms above you, this is that story. Over and over again.
