Synopsis

High school dropouts, runaways, and survivors of extreme domestic violence have nowhere to turn. To survive, a ruthless inner circle of 16-year-old girls forms The Trench Warfare Junkies (TWJ). Operating entirely without firearms, they rely on absolute physical endurance, improvised melee weapons, and strict tactical unity to carve out a criminal empire right under the noses of corrupt law enforcement and deep-seated traditional syndicates.

Their territory is defined by the physical boundaries of the sunken Long Island Rail Road railway trench—a dark, subterranean labyrinth they use for stealth deployments. They fund their sanctuary at the 742 60th Street concrete bunker through extortion rackets, dashboard stereo stripping, and a strictly unionized waterfront prostitution stroll that enforces a $5 flat minimum rate, aggressively breaking the bones of independent pimps to guarantee their own sovereign safety
