Synopsis
Nora Bell has never belonged anywhere people used words like legacy, privilege, or tradition.
When a full scholarship brings her from forgotten Hollow Creek to the gates of Blackwell College, she expects cold dorm rooms, rich students, and the kind of mistakes poor girls are not allowed to make twice.
She does not expect the invitation.
Tea at Minerva House.
Tonight, 9:00 p.m.
White dress preferred.
Silence appreciated.
By nightfall, Nora learns that Blackwell has rules no one prints in the student handbook, names that do not mean what they should, and doors that open only when someone wants to see who walks in.
The Hollow Grant was supposed to be her way out.
It may have been a way in.
